Edward Kearns,
CEO, President, he served as President, co-founder and shareholder of Holy Data & Storage Services the parent company since December 2007 when he purchase
total control of the company. Mr. Kearns was previously the General Manager of Northeast Remarketing Company, INC in
Taylor Pennsylvania. He also held verious other management positions with companies like Omnipoint Communications,
VoiceStream, and Northeastern Recovery Solutions, INC. Mr. Kearns holds a Bachelors Degree of Electrical Engineering and numerous networking certificiations
from Rutgers University.

William Bungert,
Director of Operations, was recently recruited to join the new management team of
TeamData Wireless. Mr. Bungert was previously Field Manager of Northeastern Recovery Solutions, INC in Old Forge, Pennsylvania
where he managed all field operations. His responsiblities include wholesale operations and quility control of wireless
wholesale accessories.

Trisha Yankowski,
Marketing Services, was recently recruited to join the new management
team of TeamData Wireless. Miss Yankowski was previously self employed working in the marketing industry with
customers like Coca Cola, Pepsi and Vacations Online. Her responsiblities include marketing TeamData Wireless
products and services through out the World Wide Web.

Mark Broskey,
Installation Services, was recently recruited to supervise the newly
formed installation division of the company. He previously was employed at Lockheed Martin as Electrical
Engineer in the Defense Division.
